At Sip Museum, co-owned with her mother Queen Nichols, K. Medulla curated the community initiative Clean Yo Hood in partnership with The Chad Livsey Project from 2023-2024. The program combined neighborhood cleanups with mixers featuring Cape Coast Co. a Ghana-sourced coffee, herbal teas, live music, and poetry, drawing frequent support from Khalifa Lee, chair of the Neighborhood Planning Unit. In addition to curating, she designed the print and digital promotional materials to engage residents and visitors. The initiative also highlighted art activism through upcycling tires for exterior planters. Local Atlanta artists Nigel Davis, Reggie Griffin, and Delonoe Baker collaborated to bring creative flair to the once unused tires . Seed and herb swaps, along with art exhibitions, further promoted holistic living and creative expression during “Clean Yo Hood.” This work reflected Medulla’s commitment to blending art, wellness, and community engagement.
